Hello people! Im here to post.. today got napfa.. first was sit and reach.. didnt do very well.. 37cm got a grade C.. then after that was shuttle run.. the worst of all.. shuttle run always make my gold award fly away.. sianz must work on it.. my timing was 11.3 sec which sucks like what.. disgusting.. got a grade D for shuttle run.. after shuttle run was inclined pull-up.. hmm this station all did quite well.. Ok i got a grade A for this.. my record was 35.. wow but ying jie did 38.. haha actually alot people can do better than me.. then after that was standing broad jump.. first two times i jump i was slide when i land.. then when the teacher say can retake i faster go retake.. this time did better.. jump 225cm.. got a grade B for this.. aww was 1cm to grade A.. then after that was sit-ups.. still okay la sit-ups.. did only 43.. which get me a grade A.. then 2.4km sad cannot retake.. last time run not feeling well.. sad that cant retake.. ok la i ending my post here... Long time no post le, cause kinda lazy to post.. Decided to post something today. Me and Chee Wei meet Jason at cwp.. then Jason go buy his swimming pants? After that while walking to the mrt station saw Sheryl and some of her friends.. ok and i like ignored them? And suddenly they shout "Xing Ying!" and i turned my head over.. lol.. that was natural reaction. We took mrt to jurong..then to chinese garden. Walk awhile to reach there, reach the swimming complex then we go rent locker.. and changed into our swimming pants..then faster go play le. Lol me few years never swim so im out of breathe after i swim for awhile..but in the end gt used to it. We go play the wave pool? Dunno what its called.. almost drowned when the wave came..
